As the owner and director of education at Studio 101, Kristen is one of our most in demand and highly recommended stylists. With over 20 years of experience behind the chair, she specializes in making her clients look and feel their very best. From beautiful blondes, to radiant redheads, and everything in between - Kristen does it all. She has spent countless hours training in the arts of balayage, creative highlighting, razor cutting, curly hair methods, seamless layers and flawless finish work.

Throughout her career she has sought out the best education in the industry training in New York City At both the L’oreal Professionnel Academy and Bumble& Bumble academy for advanced cutting and coloring techniques, as well as in Hollywood California with KMS for designing Avant Guarde styles. Kristen’s expertise has even taken her to Paris, France where she trained under L’oreal Professionnel Artists at their world tour.

Not only does Kristen seek education for herself constantly, she has also taken on the role of Education Director at Studio 101. Kristen is passionate about having a team-based salon atmosphere where we mentor our new stylists in order to prepare them to do the best hair possible.

Lori is one of the original Studio 101 stylist's, with over 20 years of industry experience. Lori prides herself on her ability to constantly create truly personalized looks for her many loyal clients. She has trained under several of the most acclaimed companies in the industry including L’oreal Professionnel, Bumble& Bumble, Redken, and Goldwell, just to name a few. She has also attended classes in the art of formal styling under the educators with KMS.

Lori loves to work with all hair types. She specializes in dimensional color, both balayage and traditional foiling techniques, as well as precision cutting. Lori’s attention to detail is especially showcased when when it comes to formal styling and finish work - leaving no hair out of place.

Not only will Lori have you feeling beautiful as you leave the salon, but she will also give you the tools and knowledge you need to recreate your new look at home.

Taylor has been part of the Studio 101 team for 6 years and has proven to be truly exceptional at her craft. Creating absolutely beautiful hair everyday, she has become an inspirational balayage artist who is constantly growing and pushing herself to new limits.

With a background in fine arts and 15 years of experience behind the chair - Taylor has an exceptional eye for color and design. She is a balayage expert, a blonde specialist, and a master of design cutting.

Taylor has had extensive training under L’oreal Professionnel both in the salon and at their Academies in New York City, Paris, and Newport Beach CA. Her talents have taken her from styling hair for professional photo-shoots to numerous live appearances; most notably for the band WILCO in preparation for their appearance on The David Letterman Show.

Taylor’s attention to detail, immense creativity, and love for what she does is highlighted with every masterpiece she creates.

Greta has been an integral part of the Studio 101 team for 5 years and is a naturally gifted stylist - with an excellent eye for detail and a love for her craft. She is truly passionate about hair, and is constantly staying on top of all the latest trends in fashion and beauty through continued education. Greta is a graduate of the Toni & Guy Academy and has completed an extensive training with our master stylists, perfecting her skills in the arts of Balayage, cutting, and styling.

Greta has also attended several classes at the L’oreal Professionnel SoHo Academy, where she learned from the best of the best in the industry. Since becoming a full time stylist 3 years ago, Greta has quickly established herself as one of our most highly sought after colorists and balayage experts.

Jessica joined Studio 101 in 2019 after graduating from TONI&GUY Hairdressing Academy. Since becoming a member of our team, she has received extensive training through our Advanced Masters Program. With a passion and desire to be on top of current trends, she attends multiple classes throughout the year from leaders in the hair industry, including the Loreal Professional Academy in NYC and their artists that work closely with the Studio.

Jessica is an outstanding artist with a natural talent for hair design. One of her many strengths is that she always pays attention to the finest details, making sure her guests are looking and feeling their best. Being a true caregiver at heart, Jessica is exceptional with listening and connecting with her guests while finding their most unique style that reflects their personality and confidence. Her favorite thing about being a hairstylist in her own words “is seeing people happy and feeling good about themselves.”

Hi! My name is Maddy. I have been in the industry for 3 years. I completed my Cosmetology program at Paul Mitchell School in Rhode Island.

I love the art of balayage and blonding. I specialize in all forms of blonding from dimensional blondes to icy blondes. All variations of blondes are absolutely gorgeous! I also specialize in all colors including brunettes, spicy reds and soft fashion colors.

I enjoy taking photos to show the beginning point and at the end to show the change that I created. This always completes the experience.

I truly love seeing how confident I can make my guests feel through their completed hair experience. I always take time to educate them because their daily appearance makes them feel more confident in the world.

Tiffany has been in the beauty industry for 3 ½ years. She received her formal training at Toni & Guy + continued an intensive master stylist program at Studio 101.

Abby has been in the beauty industry for 3 years and received formal training from Paul Mitchell the School - RI. She continued her training at Studio 101, where she finished an intense master stylist program.

She enjoys impacting her clients’ days by helping them reach their hair + image goals. She desires to make her clients feel better from the inside out. Some of her specialty services include: Blonding, Balayage & Vivid Colors.

Abby’s passion for photography helps her to properly showcase her clients in the best way possible. She loves the industry for empowering women and being able to express herself creatively!

Rachel has been in the industry for three years. She decided to follow her passion of hair by attending Toni & Guy, continued through an intensive master stylist program at Studio 101.
